I love making jewelry and try to make a wide variety. None of my jewelry is sketched out before hand, it is created by my hands with the materials in them. I often use beads from pre-loved jewelry or upcycle bits I've found in my collection of supplies. All ear hooks are brand new and come with clear earring backs. If you require special ear hooks for any reason, please let me know!

Returns and exchanges are allowed if I am contacted within fourteen days of your acceptance of the package. Keep in mind that money will not be refunded, nor an exchange item sent out until the item has been returned to me. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Custom items are made special for you, so returns on those items will not be accepted.
I always try to create and package items with care, but if for some reason your order is received damaged, please contact me and we will work out a refund.
Orders can be cancelled at any time up until shipment. Once an item has been sent you are no longer eligible for cancellation
Once payment is received items will be shipped as quickly as possible. Usually within 3 to 7 business days of purchase. Each item is already made and needs to be wrapped to ship. If there are any specific notes or needs with the order, please leave let me know.
